Bully Tools provides the following warranty to the original purchaser of our products:
Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in material or construction, and from any damages . The warranty does not cover a failure resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or any use not in conformity with the intended purpose of the tool. If you feel the product warrants a return or replacement because of a manufacturer defect, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged order, and we will return your message within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday) to work with you on issuing a replacement or a refund.
All retailers (online and physical stores) have different return window dates and procedures to follow, and Bully Tools relies on our retailers to replace or refund purchases at their discretion. Please take note of the place of purchase return policy and be sure to carefully examine the tool upon purchase/receipt. Bully Tools has either pre-negotiated an allowance with the retailer or we have the ability to issue the retailer a credit for providing the return service for you. You must follow the return procedures of the retailer from which the tool was purchased and we highly recommend you keep a copy of your receipt.
