Warranty and Return Policy


Bully Tools Website

All of the Bully Tools products for sale on our website come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from our Bully Tools website or our affiliated stores on other sites that we manage and operate (eg. 100% Made in the USA Bully Tools store on Amazon)

As such, our products are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in material or construction, and from any damages that have occurred during shipping that renders the product unusable. The warranty also protects products recently purchased from our website that break severely after minor or normal use.

All customers affected by any such damage are entitled to a replacement or full refund. If you feel that the product warrants a return or replacement because of a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us with your order number, picture of your receipt, or proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will return your message within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday) to work with you on issuing a replacement or refund.

Alternatively, if you never received your product, your product had missing components or the assembly parts were not included, the wrong item was sent, or you received the incorrect number of items, message us, and we will be happy to assist and correct that for you immediately.

As per our shipping policy, orders and replacements may only be shipped within the lower 48 United States. The warranty is only applicable for replacements if we receive an address within the United States, and we can not ship replacements to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Please note that our warranty does not cover a failure resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect over time, or any use not in conformity with the intended purpose of the product. Furthermore, if you receive your product and are unsatisfied with the product for reasons other than defect, you bought the product by mistake, no longer need it, or if the product is too large/small or heavy to be used by you/on your project, please see our return policy listed below.

Other Retailers

All retailers (online and physical stores) have different return window dates and procedures to follow, and Bully Tools relies on our retailers to replace or refund purchases at their discretion.

Please take note of the place of purchase’s return policy and be sure to carefully examine the tool upon purchase/receipt. Bully Tools has either pre-negotiated an allowance with the retailer or we have the ability to issue the retailer a credit for providing the return service for you. You must follow the return procedures of the retailer from which the tool was purchased, and we highly recommend you keep a copy of your receipt.

Please note that there are unauthorized sellers of our products on Amazon. Be sure to take note of the Seller’s name when shopping on Amazon (ours will read as 100% Made in the USA Bully Tools), and if the name is anything but these two, the product is not protected under our warranty. If you have purchased from a third-party seller on Amazon, contact them for a refund/replacement, and if there are not helpful or not responding, message us and we will provide information on how to escalate the case.


Bully Tools Website

If you choose to return one of the products purchased from our website, we will issue a refund only if the product is returned to us in its original, unused condition. Returns requested for reasons including you are unsatisfied with the product for reasons other than defect, you bought the product by mistake, no longer need it, or if the product is too large/small or heavy to be used by you/on your project, the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to our office.

You can either take it to a local FedEx location or schedule a pick-up at your home/office and pay for the shipping yourself, or we can send you a prepaid label and deduct the cost of shipping from your total refund amount.

Refunds will only be issued after we receive the product in our office and one of our Customer Service representatives verifies that it is unused and in its original condition.

Other Retailers

If you wish to return one of our products that you purchased at another in-person or online retailer, you will need to contact them and follow their return procedures.
