Without a doubt lightweight but strong and seemingly durable! Large capacity!

I’m a special effects supervisor on the set of a primetime television series. These shovels are stardard-issue tool for moving prop-particles around on set. I’m talking snow, dirt, saw-dust, you name it. The one thing people don’t tell you about fake-snow is that its HEAVY. These won’t wear my team down when they’re pulling long hours to dress a 50 acre set.
One thing I like about these is that they are made from ONE piece. No bolts or screws to tighten up every few weeks. No BS. Its a shovel. Its affordable. It moves stuff. I’ve already said too much.

Excellent excellent tool. Put it through the paces and it’s holding up well. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

A plastic shovel is perfect for wooden or plastic desks and steps. This is a good one. Pro Tip: Spray the blade with WD40 and the snow won’t stick.

Finally a plastic snow shovel that wont break. Aluminum is good, but it hangs up on surfaces like concrete and asphalt. The usual brittle plastic snow shovel always breaks and deems itself useless. This shovel is great. I am waiting for them to make this material shovel on a long wood handle.

After making it 2 days with another “unbreakable” shovel that blew up when looked @ sideways. I bought this and have cut it no slack. Used for 2 months in a Maine winter and it still looks like new.

Bought this plastic scoop shovel to replace the steel flat shovel I had been using for years to clean up dead pine needles, pine cones and small sticks & twigs along my driveway. This plastic shovel is half again wider, meaning my work gets done that much faster now, plus the 1-piece fully-synthetic construction is much lighter …and it will never rust. The grip handle on the end is a big help in controlling it during load transfer. After just one afternoon’s use I knew I had made the right choice. This shovel should last forever – as long as I don’t do anything stupid. Only gripe is that I wish the handle were about 4 – 6″ longer so I didn’t have to stoop quite as much. (The plastic handle would’ve had to have been much thicker at that length though, or it would bend like a pool noodle. I suppose if I could have contributed to its initial design, I would have had the shaft fluted full-length, to give it a bit more structural strength, as the shaft does sag some – even at only 42″ – when weighted down.) It’s not that big of a deal though since I really only use it a couple of times a year, for Spring & Fall clean-up. Besides, its overall smaller size makes it is easier to transport in a wagon or wheelbarrow and store out of the way when not in use. It is reasonably priced too, so my wallet is as happy as my back! 🙂 5 STARS

I love this shovel. I use it to clear snow on my deck and stairs. It’s the perfect size and very light. I love this. I keep one in my car as well for when I get snowed in at work. Perfect for clearing out the snow piles so I can get out. The plastic is lightweight but very sturdy and tough. I keep in the trunk of my car and don’t have to worry about rust.

Great year round tool: snow in winter, mulch other times. So good it was stolen. :/

so… Is the front scooping edge 42 inches or the total length from handle to front scooping edge 42 inches?

My 7.3L diesel excursion front axle was buried and frozen in 5’ of snow. Out of desperation I set a bottle jack on this shovel and used it to set it in place and as a platform in the snow as I lifted the entire front end. My truck is heavy (Over 9,000lbs) and the shovel did not break or warp. I own some fancy “overlanding” shovels but this thing is the real deal. 6 years later and it’s going strong on our farm and as a vehicle recovery tool. Absolutely recommended
