I have a problem with my order, can someone provide me assistance?

Of course! Message us through our contact form and a team member will be around to assist. We ask that you please provide as many details as you can, including your order ID, the product(s) that you have purchased, and any photos necessary if there are issues with a defect or shipping damage.

I have a product idea, can I submit it to Bully Tools?

We do not accept outside product designs under any circumstances.

I would like to sell Bully Tools, where do I start?

At this time we are not accepting applications for new wholesalers or dealerships. We do not foresee a change in this policy in the near future, but you are welcomed to check with us periodically.

I am a dealer with one of your major distributors who has purchased your products in the past. Without creating a drop ship order, are there additional discounts available for dealer loyalty when ordering smaller quantities through your website?

Yes. You can order smaller quantities through the website and an additional discount is available.  Send us an message through our contact page that includes your company/store name, your specific dealer number, shipping address, telephone number and contact person. We will get in touch with you directly to provide a dealer specific discount code that can be entered at the checkout window. We won’t be able to bill your distributor account directly, for all website purchases must be paid with a credit card.
