Description
Lawn care requires the right tools to get the job done, and our 24-Tine Thatching Rake is designed perfectly to clear lawn thatch, leaves, and other debris—without grabbing and uprooting grass. The tines are strong and won’t bend or snap, but are the right thickness to flex through the grass as it collects thatch or gathers leaves. The reinforced head-to-handle connection won’t separate, even under heavy pressure when raking stubborn thatch, something the typical flimsy rakes on the market can’t claim. Use this rake and your lawn will thank you. The tempered steel tines are constructed from 100% Made In The USA steel, which is up to 30% more durable than foreign competitors. The rake includes a handle made from high-quality fiberglass coated in a polyester veil to prevent splintering and increase strength. The handle’s rubber grip provides maximum comfort to decrease hand fatigue through extended use. The Bully Tools 92312 24-Tine Thatching Rake with Fiberglass Handle comes with a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in material and workmanship.

The Bully Tools 92312 24-Tine Thatching Rake with Fiberglass Handle is a fantastic heavy-duty tool. The round tines flex and run around clumps of grass to get thatch and stuck-down leaves off the dirt very well, without grabbing and uprooting the grass. And it’s great for moving large piles of leaves and yard debris. Only slight problem is, this rake weighs about twice as much as your usual flimsy rake, so it’s a bit of an arm/shoulder work-out to use for long periods. But hey, the flimsy rake won’t do what this one does.

This rack actually accomplished what other rakes, only wished they could do! Granted the price point concerned me, however, it’s worth every penny. Buy it now….you won’t be disappointed.

I bought my original Thatching rake on 8/26/2012 for $29.99. The design had weld points along the support bar that created a weak spot on the tines. I really liked that rake, but individual tines would break off occasionally. By 7/15/2017, I had lost many tines, not half but many. They had all broken off at that weld point. I thought that I would try out the warranty. I took my receipt and rake back to the Westlake Ace Hardware in St Charles. No questions asked. They took my old rake and gave me a new one off the shelf. The design had changed. The tines are now supported in holes, rather than welded, and they don’t break off anymore. Almost 5 years now, and no broken tines. This is one serious rake and one great company.

This company, the quality of tools, the website and the personnel are like a trip back in time when people and tools were quality. Yes I’m excited, but I’ve finally found EXACTLY what I’m looking for and the people I want to deal with. My collection is growing and am totally a happy customer!
Have you seen the web site informational site? Outstanding too!
Ok, the rake. What’s to say? It’s Bully Tool. I bought two!

This is a lot of rake. I am 6’10” 250# and this rake is a bear. The tines of the rake are so stiff that it takes real effort to get the same action that you are used to. That being said there is nothing that this rake can’t rake. It shows no signs of wear after two years of use.
